PIERSON W. BACKES

Pierson was born in Trenton, New Jersey and is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His undergraduate degree is from Hamilton College (B.A., Honors) and he received his J.D. cum laude from Temple University. He served as a member and editor of the Temple University Law Review. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Organic Farming Association – NJ , and Headlong Dance Theater , and is a former member of the West Amwell Township Planning Board . He is the author of the firm’s Probate and Estate Litigation Reader.

KEVIN A. POLLOCK

Kevin holds both a J.D. and LL.M. in taxation, and is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. from Tulane University, and earned his LL.M. from New York University Law School. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Having studied at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan, he speaks Japanese. He is a former member of the Lawrence Township Board of Education and is the co-chair of the Planned Giving Committee for the Children’s Home Society of New Jersey.

GUY G. SIROIS

Guy is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and his J.D. from Rutgers-Camden School of Law. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. He supports Tiny Hands Big Hearts, a non-profit for the benefit of St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
